Refund policy

Made-to-Order Production
All Bannerman prints are produced on demand through our print partner Gelato, with fulfillment handled regionally across the USA and Canada. Because each piece is printed specifically for your order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Change of Mind
Since every print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Simply email a photo of the issue to thebannerman.ca@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Refunds
Approved replacements are processed as a reprint rather than a monetary refund in most cases. If a suitable replacement cannot be produced, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
