NYK KNICKS #10 Walt Frazier
Walt “Clyde” Frazier was one of the greatest players in New York Knicks history. Known for his smooth moves on the court and flashy fashion off it, Frazier became a fan favourite and a true New York icon.
He joined the Knicks in 1967 and quickly became one of the top point guards in the league. Frazier could do it all—handle the ball, pass, play tough defence, and score in big moments. He helped lead the Knicks to two NBA championships in 1970 and 1973.
One of his most famous games came in Game 7 of the 1970 NBA Finals, when he scored 36 points and had 19 assists. That amazing performance helped the Knicks win their first-ever title and made Frazier a legend in Madison Square Garden.
Off the court, Frazier was known for his sharp style and kind heart. He stayed connected to the team and the city, giving back through charity work and inspiring young athletes.
Walt Frazier’s number 10 jersey was retired by the Knicks, and he’ll always be remembered as one of the best to ever wear it.
