Donovan McNabb was one of the best quarterbacks in Philadelphia Eagles history. Known for his strong arm, quick feet, and smart play, McNabb led the Eagles through some of their most successful seasons.

The Eagles picked McNabb second overall in the 1999 NFL Draft. He quickly became the leader of the team. With his ability to escape pressure and throw accurate passes, he helped the Eagles reach the playoffs many times and win big games.

His biggest moment came in 2004, when he led the Eagles to the Super Bowl for the first time in almost 25 years. Even though they didn’t win, McNabb’s performance and leadership made him one of the most respected players in team history. He still holds many team records, including for passing yards and touchdown passes.

Off the field, McNabb gave back to the community and supported many good causes. He was a great role model for younger players and fans.

The Eagles retired his number 5 jersey to honour everything he did for the team. Donovan McNabb will always be remembered as one of the greatest Eagles of all time.
