Rob Blake was one of the best defencemen in Los Angeles Kings history. He was known for his strength, skill, and tough play on the blue line. Blake played for the Kings during the 1990s and early 2000s and became a fan favourite.

Blake could score goals, make smart passes, and deliver big hits. In 1998, he won the Norris Trophy as the NHL’s best defenceman. His talent and hard work made him one of the top players in the league.

He was also a great leader and helped guide younger players. Fans and teammates respected him for the way he played and how he carried himself on and off the ice.

In 2015, the Kings retired his number 4 jersey to honour everything he did for the team. Rob Blake will always be remembered as one of the greatest defencemen in Kings history.
